Council 100 – Memorial Day 2026

On this Memorial Day, we pause to honor our brave defenders—those who gave their lives in defense of our country for the freedoms we enjoy. Their ultimate sacrifice reminds us that true patriotism is not about profit, privilege, or politics, rather it’s about service, duty, and protecting our country. Our TSA officers carry a similar responsibility—though not as dire—everyday by securing the homeland and proudly serving the traveling public. This work is done in the spirit of freedom by those who came before us—those who would never surrender our freedoms to outside interests or corporate gain above the public good.

These heroes who have literally given their all for our benefit, call on us from the spirit of their sacrifice to remain vigilant and push back against any effort that misplaces our values or oath to the Constitution—to include the intention of bad actors who seek to put profits over public safety. Every day, we must honor our fallen soldiers’ sacrifices by recommitting ourselves not just in word but in deed. And we honor their sacrifice and memory best by defending the values they died for—in our pursuit of true freedom for all.

In remembrance of those who gave all,
