This is in regards to:
Page 23 CBA, section F bullet point 8.
this states that breaks should not be within first or last hour, and lunches shouldn’t be within first or last 3 hours. However this paragraph is highlighted and has strike out below. Does this mean it is not being enforced? Do we have protections over the time breaks and lunches are scheduled?

As you mentioned, the section you're referenced is highlighted in yellow. If you look at the bottom of the page it states, "Note: Highlighted sections are not agreed to and have been submitted to arbitration." This means that the section is not agreed to and we must now go down at the next level of TSA policy which is TSA MD. If you visit the TSA SharePoint site you can find all the TSA MD's under the "MD & Forms" tab at the top.
