this states that breaks should not be within first or last hour, and lunches shouldn’t be within first or last 3 hours. However this paragraph is highlighted and has strike out below. Does this mean it is not being enforced? Do we have protections over the time breaks and lunches are scheduled?

Hello everybody,

I have created a graph which highlights some concerns with the recent conversion progress used for the pay equity. In short, it seems that many long-term employees, especially TSO's, were not converted in an equitable fashion, even though they may have received significant raises. Please take a look at it and your comments would be appreciated.
